Due to the tailor-made nature of all our Party Favours please allow up to 7-14 days for Party bags and 14-21 days for Favours. It is likely items will be available sooner and will notify you if this is the case. If you need goods in a hurry please let us know & we will do all we can to rush your order.
Payment is accepted in the form of cheque, cash or Paypal. Please contact us for details. (Apologies, we are unable to accept Credit Card payments at this time). Note that goods cannot be dispatched until payment has been received and cheques have cleared.

Items delivered to all other areas of the UK will incur Postage & Packaging Fees of £5.50. To do our bit for the planet we will try wherever possible to recycle packaging materials so please do not be offended if your order arrives in used packaging. This will not affect the quality of the contents. (Note at present we only deliver in the UK).
WEDDING FAVOUR SAMPLES -
If you are not locally based please don’t feel we can’t offer you a bespoke service.
We are happy to spend as long as it takes discussing your requirements to make sure we get things right.
Once we have established your colour theme and a little about your likes & dislikes we are more than happy to send you up to a maximum of 3 different samples (empty) at a cost of £1.50 each (refundable if you decide to place your order with us or return them) plus P&P costs (non-refundable). Alternatively, if you prefer, we can send you a photograph by email or text.
