CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS -
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of having placed it.
In the unlikely event that goods have been received in faulty condition, please notify us immediately by phone (followed by written confirmation) or email. We will either replace goods on a like-for-like basis or refund you in full, whichever is your preference.
If goods are not as expected and are being returned for reasons other than faulty/damaged status, these should again be notified immediately by phone/email. The cost of returning any items will be borne by you, the customer, with proof of postage retained. Returned products must be received in new and unopened condition. A refund will then be arranged, less original p&p costs, within 30 days.
Items that have been personalised with names or dates are non-returnable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS -
In the event that items you have ordered become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we will notify you immediately and offer a same value alternative that is mutually agreeable or arrange a refund.
Favours
All products, unless stated otherwise, are made using artificial materials. Any references to flowers, leaves etc. relate to man-made products. Similarly, references to gold, silver, crystal etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made.
Sugared almond favour fillings are obviously NOT suitable for nut allergy sufferers, however no guarantee can be made that chocolates supplied for favours will not also contain traces of nuts. When your order is placed, you will be asked the date of your special occasion. We will therefore always make sure that the 'use by date' for any confectionery supplied is well past the date you advise.
Party Bags/Doodle-packs
Due to the risk of choking, most of our toys, craft-kits , bubbles or sweets are considered unsuitable for children under the age of 3, and will therefore NOT be included in baby/toddler party bags.
Care is always taken to ensure ALL contents provided in party bags are suited to the ages of the children for which they are intended. Nevertheless, parental supervision is always advised. Baby/toddler bags will usually consist of books, teethers, themed bowls, cups, rattles or bath toys suitable for under 3’s. Chocolate buttons or a small box of raisins can be included if required. (Please refer to our note above concerning confectionery).
PRIVACY -
When placing your order we will ask you for personal details such as name, address, telephone number and email. We will never ask for credit card details. Any details provided will only ever be used for contacting you concerning your order or delivery. This information will NOT be passed onto third parties.
